I have found a way that helps me with my anxiety. I get mad at it and use it as fuel. The second you start to feel anxious do anything to get yourself out of that mindset. Put your favorite song on full blast, do jumping jacks, or whatever helps. You are in control of yourself not your anxiety. I hope this helps.

yes i agree. i look forward to putting on my running shoes to run, it helps...
