am i worrying over nothing?

I feel as if i have a skelf or something stuck in my finger as its sore when i touch a certain bit & I can't seem to get it out. I'm now worrying incase it goes into my bloodstream & goes to my heart. Am i being stupid??

When I have something little like that, I stop by the pharmacy and ask the pharmacist. They are so helpful!

does sound like anxiety.... check in with dr to see if he will prescribe u a RX that will make u feel changes.... this was the advice given to me
