Anxiety up tonight

Advise please. Since having surgery Thursday I have not been able to have a bowel movement which I hear is common. I took 3 doses of miralax throughout the day and an enema and only got very little relief but I guess due to strain had some bleeding. Now I'm having many many racing thoughts and worries can anyone relate sorry tmi

Hello :) I think this is perfectly normal to feel like this and especially if it's a operation in a belly area,when I had a epitopic pregnancy I was like you was,try not to panic to much
