Hey guys,
Is there anyone currently using this form of meditation? It's been recommended to my by a few people. The first person to recommend it to me was a Psychologist and she told me she recommended it to clients of hers to use. It's a guided Meditation course you can take. You can download the app on your phone, just search for "Headspace". They give you the first 10 days free, then you have to purchase it (which doesn't seem that expensive). They give you techniques to exercise with on a daily basis. You even have options for the phone app to send you little reminders throughout the day to keep your mind focused on various things. I think it's pretty wonderful!
You can check out their website here: http://www.getsomeheadspace.com/
You can read up about the founder of the organisation and the people who work there. It seems very genuine and very interesting. Apologies if this has already been posted, I did a search and nothing popped up!
