Eye Sight

i am paranoid of losing my sight. Does anyone else have this fear.

Do you have any symptoms? I have had some thoughts about how horrible it would be to go blind but they were mostly baseless. A while back I did get ocular migraines that also freaked me out because nobody knew what they were. I was thinking brain tumor or blindness but was so relieved when I finally found out what they were.

when i look in the distance my vision is blurry and i dont know if it is serious or if im imagining it coz its my worst fear. Its like i convince myself i am ... because its my fear x

Best thing for you is reassurance. Go to the eye doctor and get examined. It doesn't sound to me like anything to be overly worried about. I've been to my local emergency room countless times thinking I'm having a heart attack or dying. When I leave with a clean bill of health I have that reassurance.

yeah i think ill have to. i just get so worried. I always work myself up and it ends up being nothing . thanks x
