View Full Version : I keep looking for symptoms!

the chronic off balance feeling I get all the time due to anxiety was a little less today. Instead of feeling good about it I thought about it the whole day, kept worrying that it would come back and then I started looking for more symptoms in my body.
now I feel depressed out of my mind. this vicious cycle doesn't stop :( how do I make it stop!

Ha. You're not the only one.

I acknowledge good days, but with a thought of 'why has it been good today?'.

It is a horrible cycle.

Drugs may work, not sure. I'm new to this anxiety stuff.

I'm new to this stuff too...and I'm not on any anxiety drugs...
I don't want it to come back :(
