Day 3 of klonopin/ Wellbutrin combo and my anxiety is pretty bad I have mood swings, unusual thoughts a whole mess of things. Does these side effects go away when will I start feeling better?

Give it 2 weeks and tough it out
That's what mine did
I had like 5 bad days and felt better
Changed the dose
Same thing
And iv been 90% better since that day
Anxiety never really leaves fully but iv been much better :)
