Throughout the day I always try to "belly breathe", and have some success with it and helping with my anxiety. However, when I exert myself physically or go for a walk, I think I subconsciously repress any type of fast or heavy breathing since I associate it with panic attacks. So basically, I feel like maybe I'm not breathing enough from time to time. It's tough, as when I get my breath up to speed, I immediately think "panic attack". Does anyone have any advice for this issue? Thanks!
