can anyone relate? For a few days now I've been having what feel like muscle cramps but last a while around my body, mainly in my hands but everywhere and its starting to worry me. I've been having anxiety for a few months now and have been having numbs sensations in my face and muscle twitches, its really scaring me! Any advice?
