many trips to the washroom

I have been hearing that people with anxiety have a need to go to the washroom alot and need to make sure there are washrooms within the area that they are travelling to. Is this true? If so I think I may have had a touch of anxiety along time ago. As I was tested for everything that would cause this. And everything has come back normal. Hmm just wondering thanks
