New guy here

First time for ever being on any forum. I am a long time anxiety suffer ( 20 ) years but thought that I had it under control. I was told that I have a pre cancerous tumer on my lip last week and guess what, it came back with a vengence. I have never sought help other then prescibed meds but now I need help. All I can think about is having cancer and what will happen to my three little kids if I kick off. Why do I do this to myself? It consumes almost every thought during the day. P.S. Like I said I have never been on a forum befor so it may take me awhile to figure things out and how to navigate around.

Welcome john, read around and see how your not alone. Im sorry about your new diagnose but be strong for your lil ones and let them be your guiding light. Its a struggle everyday but take it one step at a time & focus on the positive side of things. Let it be what is. If u feel anxious just embrace it, let it do its thing and it will pass
