Sertraline Day 5

Just took day 5 of the sertraline and It hasn't done much so far but make me so tired a sleepy and also more anxious and still having the negative thoughts is this normal because I'm taking this med to treat my anxiety and depression ?

I was the same for the first few weeks of taking this it does pass I also felt a bit drunk.

It will take upto 12 weeks to kick in fully,be patient it's a really good anxiety medication :)
