Okay, so my phycologist asked if I could a draw a sketch for him that is a good representation of anxiety(for his website and possibly more :) ) I've been trying to find some inspiration online but I just can't think of anything. Anyone got any ideas for me?

Maybe you could draw like a big scary bird. That's how I have always pictured my anxiety. I don't know, just a thought!
