Hi there. I'm the new kid! (I'm an adult) Given that, I'm here to introduce myself. Call me Aftershock (or shock for short) Anyways, I've been struggling with anxiety and depression for as long as I can remember. I was just 'diagnosed' as a manic depressive with acute cycling PTSD a little over a week ago. These conditions have caused a lot of fears and phobias that just seem to only get worse. So.. I sought out this forum and have read only good things. Not only do I hope to seek guidance, venting, and relief.. I also hope that I am able to make a few new friends. :)
