I have stressed so much I now have my heart rate in 120s. Feel like I will faint or that I need to run away. Aaaagggghhh!!!! This gets so old

Hang in there and use those tools you have. Frankie is right! You have been here before, and you stepped off the merry-go-round just fine. You can do it again. Sometimes I think you just need a reminder and then you are ok.
