Burning chest

Hi,for the last couple of days I have had what feels like a burning in my chest,does anyone else get this??My heart rate is in the sixties and my oxygen is 98 percent.It is freaking me out abit,I am lying awake now worrying about it,any response would be great.😔

Burning in chest could be some acid reflux happening. Very treatable, sometimes just with antacids, sometimes with prescription meds. Quite common with anxiety issues.

If this is bothering you make appointment with your doctor to be sure.

Try lying propped up on some pillows, lying flat doesn't help the situation.
