Headaches

Does anyone else suffer from a sort of come down. I wake up and I'm full of energy and happy and then a few hours later I'm feeling like I need to sleep I get a bad headache and panic :( I take painkillers but they don't help me the only thing that does is a sleep to refresh my eyes and head but as I'm at work I can't do this :( it's affecting my everyday life so much and my work :(. I'm considering starting my citralopram but I'm scared
