I am thankful

Wasn't going to post this but feel led to...... I must say I'm thankful God gave me the courage to increase Prozac from 10 to 20mg. It's been exactly two weeks, I'm starting to almost feel like I'm coping more now. Any step In a more positive direction is a true blessing to me! I hope everyone has a stress and anxiety free day!

Its a way better dose to be on. 10mg wasn't doing very much for you!

Seeing as Gods in a giving mood, maybe see if he can extend his generosity and help you overcome the rest of it too?
