It always helps me when I improve other aspects of my life and the anxiety doesn't fully go away but it does disappear for awhile. Looking at pictures from when I was happy and young always takes my mind off everything. I know it's EXTREMELY difficult but 20 minutes of exercise does amazing things to the body and helps get your mind off everything. Try to step out of that bubble, I know it's very difficult and be around people and do things you once used to love. It is crazy how once anxiety hits your whole world,life and personality change. But focus on one step at a time! Do not try and take big jumps. You will burn out and relapse. One day at a time... And even one hour at a time! You can do it.
