Hi. I have gotten over the Panic attacks at school home work e.c.t. but if im in a open area like a mall the size of 3 storys i get nervous only in big closed in areas. Sweety pams. Feel like the floor is going up and down ( this really scares me).

I love Shopping Soo Much!! , But when i get a anxitey/panic attack i just wanna go home. I get them nearly everytime am out shopping and its horrible. My head will go funny and a'll feel all sweaty :( . I try to egnore it and usual end up telling someone am with which makes me feel abit better. Try focusing your mind on something else or have a sit down :) .
