I was doing so good I really was. Really felt like I got a small hold on my anxiety. Then I started getting the chest pains about a month ago. Tried my best to blow them off which I felt I was doing a decent job at but it has now turned into a chest congestion feeling. For awhile now its felt like I was coming down with something but haven't. No cough, a little bit of runny nose but nothing different then it has been. Have felt this for probably a good week now if not longer. My mind has now convinced me that I'm having congestive heart failure! I am just so set on it. My heart anxiety had really left me alone for awhile until now. I suffer agoraphobia so cant get myself to the docs. What else could this be? Wouldnt I have more symptoms if it really was heart failure? This gets so frusturating!
