Scared to go to graduation ceremony, help!

If you decide to go: I know it's hard but try to stay positive.
What works for me is telling myself I'm not afraid to have anxiety, and telling myself when I'm out in public that this is exposure therapy and if I can do this I can do anything.
For me I don't like doing something if I know it's going to take too long because it gives me anxiety. But I try to think of other things and talk to people to get my mind off of it.
If you decide not to go: it's your decision after all. You went through all those years of school. You are still getting your diploma. And isn't that all that matters? The walk really isn't important. Unless it is to YOU. maybe tell your family that
