Arm!?!

Anyone ever have left arm pain/tingling??? Is it anxiety??

I get that mostly when I'm thinking too much or worrying earlier in the day ... When there are family and friends around it goes away like it never happened

I wish mine would go away. It's aching so much and feels heavy. Of course since it's my left arm I think heart

I thought so too.. Sometimes I would have heart palps or shortness of breath and then here comes the panic ... I went to my doc and she set me at ease knowing it was my anxiety .. Still worry but not enough to go rushing to the hospital any more :)
