I just had my third panic attack this year. I guess they're increasing in frequency. I need to get checked out ASASP. I'm wondering whats the most common paranoid thought while having a panic attack? I usually feel impending doom, than I become paranoid of having a heart attack, or some weird scary type of internal organ failure and I'm going to die. Is feeling like you're about to die the most common feeling? I'm writing down everything im feeling right now to take to a psysician to get help for my anxiety. These thigns suck. Mine last for a long time too :/
