I used to drink when my anxiety was chewing on my neck daily and I would still stay on my Xanax schedule

Thanks guys! I am meeting college friends that I haven't seen in a year, so I will likely drink a little. Odds are I will have some pretty rough anxiety the day after. Good to know I can take it if I need it.

Wish I had some the way i'm feeling at the moment after 3 evenings of drinking. Shame the GP's I all know are severely anti-benzos.
