Hi shawn, night time tends to worse for a lot of people! I think it's the time we get to sit alone with our worries and everything seems to get magnified.

I work nights, too. Between now and 0500 are when I seem to be most susceptible to an attack. :/ What do you do for work?

I work in a transitional group home for mental health clients stepping down from a higher level of care or who have had a hard time living in the community and need some help with daily living skills. I love my job. Hate the hours. :)
