My throat feels like its closing in on me!

Hi guys my throat feels like its closing in around my neck... i know this is due to my anxiety but its becoming worse maybe because i an getting more and more worked up about it. Does anybody have any techniques to help the feeling pass as im really worried im going to stop breathing :(.

Take an anti-histamine first..like benedryl in case you're having an allergic reaction to something...
Do you have this feeling daily?? or is this a first????......When did you last eat???

that was my idea. maybe it is allergy reaction, I have it a few times a year... did you take any meds over the counter? If in doubts go to ER please...
