I seem to have days where my muscles tingle, or are just sore (like I exercised all day but didn't). What always seems to worry me is that my most effected muscles are my chest muscles, which always scare me. I sometimes get what I term muscle shocks, where my I get a sharp pain, and it goes away in about a minute. Does anyone else have these symptoms? Also, my major issue is I dwell on the physical symptoms. What I don't understand is I don't feel I should be anxious towards anything, but my body seems to remain in the anxiety state. To describe it best, it always feels like my body is producing too much adrenaline without a good reason. I know I am probably just venting, but it has been a bad couple of weeks.

You are just nutrient deficient...probably calcium, magnesium, zinc, potassium..
How's your diet??
Do you take any vitamins at all??
Vitamin defiencies can cause this constant panic feeling state, even though you're not anxious....
I would start there...
