Arm pain

Hi all,just wondered if anyone else gets left arm pain??It is beginning to annoy me now,just aching and heavy feeling.I am obviously thinking heart attack which is making me worse,anybody else have this??

Wouldn't say I am fit!!!!I don't really exercise!!!I really should start doing some,I am worrying that it is more than just simple arm pain.

I get arm pain sometimes, feels heavy/numb like it have trapped a nerve
Sometime I also get neck pain due to tense muscles - very painful

I get it all the time
We think we get Arm pain then worry it's a heart attack but I think in our mind were already scared of getting said heart attack that we experience the pain associated with it

Hi I used to suffer from this daily and I ended up in a&e once as my whole arm went numb and freezing. It was my right arm for me though!
All I ever got told was that it was my anxiety. Once I started on my meds it has went away for me
