Hey guys,

I recently got over a big bout of health anxiety. However, I have one lingering symptom that's kinda weird. A few times a day I will usually get a quick sting somewhere on my body. It's not a particularly painful sting, but is noticeable. Almost every time one of these stings occurs, my forehead gets this pulsing sensation, almost like the pulses you sometimes get when you're falling asleep at night. Or, more accurately, it feels very similar to the way your eye muscles feel when you flex them, or "zone" them out quickly, except in my forehead.

This symptom developed around the time I had a fear of stroke. It was like an association I got every time I had a pain because I worried it might be a stroke, so, consequently I would feel something in my head.

I've had a bunch of tests done, all came back normal. I just find it weird that this is lingering after my anxiety has become almost completely under control. I don't want (please) any speculation of what it COULD be, just wondering if anyone has any insight to share.

I'm pretty confident it's my lingering anxiety, but wanted to vent a bit.
