Well, I'm sitting at the ER. My other half had a panic attack which set me off and we are both here. What a great Sunday! But hey, at least we are spending it together.

It's bad when you are in your 30's and you have your own blood pressure monitor. Lol! We have it in the car with us.

I'm sorry! I've gone to the ER a couple of times with severe anxiety. Guess you're getting benzos and all that - good to be monitored, especially if you're both having issues.
