What a day I had yesterday!

Yesterday.. Woke up feeling anxious & we all know that's no fun.. Mine was due to my Prozac. Going on week two of that med.. Today I feel better. Not sure if it's cause I got Xanax last night, so I have a safety net..

Tomorrow my family is going out of town (30 minutes away) & I have no choice but to go because I can't stay here alone right now.. But I'm hoping I can take a Xanax before we go & I'll be okay. We're only gonna be gone for about 3 hours at the most..
