What is "normal"..? It seems we all strive to be normal again, or we remember a time in the past when we were normal. When you think about it, what does that even mean? It's a societal term to define how people think others should behave.
Nobody is truly normal, it doesn't really even exist. Happiness and stability can be found through an infinite number of ways. So, as you battle your anxiety, don't strive to be "normal". Strive to grow, learn, and be the individual you want to be. Generally, anxiety occurs when we (on some level) know that there will be change in either ourselves or our environment. This change may mean you won't be the person you always were, or you're life may not be following the same path it once was, but that doesn't have to be a bad thing. It is an opportunity for growth and development.
Struggling is a natural part of life, see what can be learned while you go through it.
