Recovered finally

i finally got over my stupid thoughts. dp dr totally gone.sleeping just fine. proud to say i almost made it.now i have to forget the hell i was in and move on leaving my meds. this will be hard but i am confident. u guys can make it.see my posts i was in hell a real hell. now feeling fine and ready to live again. i am here to give you courage and hope.true example of not letting go and loving yourself and life is the key to recovery.and yes lexapro helped me.
