Big sufferer back in 1999 been on Paroxetine since. Have some up times.
Sleeping during the day. Increased tiredness.
Thought of doing things makes me feel sick.
Bored of the same old routine.
Lie in bed just down about everything, have to try and choose a thought that doesn't make me feel sick.
Can't motivate myself even to pick up a Wayne Dyer book.
Don't know what triggered this.

Hi I'm sorry you are having to go through this at the moment. Everything you describing does some like depression.
Perhaps it might be time to have another look at your meds with your doctor. It might be that they just need changed to help with your low moods.
When I have days like you describe I always try and push myself to do something even just to go for a little walk. It's always horrible building up to doing it but I feel so much better once I have. I also ring a friend or family member and just have a chat about nothing in particular which can sometimes help lighten my moods.

Darent change from meds.. paroxetine is dodgy to come off, it could tip me over...
I guess its bed time... which is an issue.
I need to get a job where I am around people more

I'm not familiar with your meds, but perhaps your doctor could arrange you some therapy or something to help you. It might be worth ago.
I get the bedtime thing, I'm still wide awake at 2am here and dreading the school run in 5 hours.
Is volunteering an option? I'm not sure of your personal circumstances but perhaps volunteering maybe one day a week would be a good way to get out and be around people.
I hope you manage some sleep :-)

Interesting - I am taking some Magnesium now and will get some Epsom Salts for the bath - Good research. I had no idea Magnesium was so powerful in the process.
