What could be the reason

Been getting these headaches that are like near my temple an above my eye I have had them for a month an they go an come back constantly why ??? Would this be happening

Anxiety. Neck tension etc. Ive had headaches lasting months at a time too. Go to a GP. They'll check you over and say it's anxiety i'm sure. Try not to stress about it or fixate, it'll only make it last longer.

Look into neck stretching exercises. it might help.

Agreed..
and get a muscle rub/pain relief cream to apply to the neck too, that may help relax the nerves abit too.
