Its Back AGAIN!!!!

So After 10 yrs of fight this battle within myself i have been able to control it and in this last past month im loosing my grip on reality. i an oppressed with stress everyday as i work my ass off everyday and usually it helps with the panic because i have to much on my mind to realize that i have a underling problem. so as the days go on it has been getting worse like in the beginning, ten yrs ago. i need to be able to get a grip once again like i once had .

yea i have been trying but it seams every time that i have any extra time to think thats when it consumes me and completely takes over me. i used to have this so under control and all of a sudden my control is gone.. and i cant let this happen i have people that depend on my well being everyday.
