Does anyone else use exercise to help control their stress/anxiety levels? I used to walk 3 miles once a day...which helped. But I was noticing that I'd still lit a low mood in the evenings. From the advice of my therapist, I started walking 1 mile 3 times a day...it's really made a difference. My mood swings have evened out, and when I do hit a low, I just go take another walk and it does the trick.

it absolutely works for me. sometimes im scared to go outside, but the more i do the easier it gets. and i know what you mean - sometimes i just want to keep on walking cos i enjoy it so much! its truly a godsend i would recommend it to everyone :)
