Does anyone else use exercise to help control their stress/anxiety levels? I used to walk 3 miles once a day...which helped. But I was noticing that I'd still lit a low mood in the evenings. From the advice of my therapist, I started walking 1 mile 3 times a day...it's really made a difference. My mood swings have evened out, and when I do hit a low, I just go take another walk and it does the trick.
