hey guys.these days i have done what i wanted to without limiting myself and i feel super good. i havr overcame dp totally now and with dr i am in the automatic phase which is better then the excistential fase which was devastating.now i do thing like in a dream on an automatic mode. i feel like my old self again but what is around is still an issue. but i just ldt it go coz i now it is just anxiety or a blurred vision.i understood that the dont give a fuck mood helps especially with these monsters. any way i just wanted to share my update and thank u coz u have been there for me when i most needed. i hope i can give back.please ask for everything as i consoder myself a master now on these things.
