hey guys. my dp is long gone. now i super feel myself. the problem is to feel the link between me and what is around. i have came up with the conclusion dhe dr
is a vision and perception kind of think, but mostly vision. i see pretty well, but i doubt what is around. i now things are real and what they are there for, but somehow i find myself very strange in relation to where i am. now i dont mind anymore coz i know i am alive and living my life, but i would appreciate any tips so i can get this over. maybe lexapro is keeping me a little bit numb i dont now. any help?
