Daughter struggles with anxiety/panic

I'm new to this site. Am looking for other parents who have children/teenagers dealing with anxiety/panic. My daughter is 17 and had her first episode when she was in the 2nd grade. At times, it has been completely debilitating. She has been in therapy and Zoloft seems to help. I guess I'm just looking for other parents to share ideas with.

I have a 22 yr old and a 17 yr old daughter,..both with anxiety/panic/and they self medicate too...(as I learn more and more)...

Have both girls been diagnosed since they were young? Have they been in therapy? My mother struggled with this her entire life and never sought therapy. Have you found any ways to help your daughters through an episode? I find that I get frustrated and seem to be mad. Of corse I hate that about myself. Any ideas on how to keep from getting frustrated?

She has several web sites she uses. I'm hoping to find some support here, similar to Al-anon for families of alcoholics.
