Niacinamide(B3)?

Is anyone here familiar with research regarding Niacinamide and anxiety?, what ive read so far is comparing it with Benzos ? looks like it came out of the Univ of Michigan

What dose do you take in the vit Kev?

Unfortunately I can't take it, but it's interested me. Pretty good for any teens too wanting skin care treatment and anti anxiety. That's almost 2 birds with one stone right there!

It's shown promising signs when treating animals of certain mental conditions like anxiety. There's more info on it's wiki page too.

Here was a study conducted in 1979 actually, where it was found to have similar properties to Benzos, and was an inspiration for the chemical structure behind Valium. I'm not sure you can read unless you're logged in. I can't but I'm on a tablet, so don't know. Just shows that the study did exist at least, and is actually recognised!

Going to pick up some today, will report back..........have read conflicting views concerning dosing , going to pick up varied strengths and start out low
