Heart palpitations

What way do you guys find it most comfortable to lay when your heart is pounding/palpitating? I try and lay on my right side but it doesn't seem to help :(

I used to lie down on my right side and put my earphones on and listen to music. I'd also lie down on my back sometimes and put one arm across my eyes and the other behind my head. But now, I don't care if I have them anymore and I lay down however I want to #Badass

Lying flat on my back causes nine to become more noticeable. You say you don't care if you have them, how did you get to this frame of mind because that sounds awesome and exactly where I want to be!!!!
