Shot pain in my wrist and arm like a pinching feeling idk what and how to deal with it

Got the same problems here and I have to try to exercise, I also have a PT, and stupid pain patches now too...You just need to get active, unless you're over doing it like I once did...DO NOT LIFT 500 POUNDS! now I know... LOL! :)

Lol yea I'm constantly seated for everything the depression does that to me 🙈
