View Full Version : anyone have a good schedule they wanna share

I am trying to find something that works for me, I find that I am staying up too late, and maybe not eating enough. I know I have to eat very healthy. And I also take vitamins everyday. Any suggestions? In need of a big change! :)

I wish I did...I used to turn the lights out at 10, tv off,..then sleep now its all over the place..grrrr

Sleep patterns need to be consistent
Eat better. You know what you should be eating. Just a question of will you
Take the vitamins only if you feel you aren't getting them through food
Exercise
Meditate daily
Come here and read my great wisdom

Well that sounds good, I have an excersize intolerance right now with my bratty heart and its innapropriate sinus tachycardia and svt. But I will try everything else, lol
