Wht could the cause be

Why do I have sever dry eyes there dry to the point of it feeling like it's something in my eye they burn hurt it's hard for me to look at anything they itch idk where an how this happened I have bad blurred vision an idk what to do I move my wyes around and it feel so dry and it's bothering me

You need an eye lubricant! Saline is just purified water....that's why I mentioned to eat something with (essential fatty acids) in it like olive oil, fish oil, flax oil, borage oil...It'll really help your eyes.
