I had a thought when I was walking to the gym today, because I was listening to music and Florence and The Machine's 'Shake it Out'* came on.

And it felt like it was VERY relevant to me and other people with anxiety, and it made me feel lighter of heart and little bit more positive, like I was shaking off my worries for a minute. Just thought it might be nice to ask if anybody else has any songs that they find either encouraging, calming, or just generally therapeutic to listen to? Apparently I can't post links yet cos I'm still only a noob, but I promise to google suggestions or watch links! :)

* Disclaimer: I know we all have different musical taste and what I like you might hate, that's cool! :D

Aww of course, the top one is just so brilliant and happy! Bob Marley, Three Little Birds is like that - or any Bob Marley actually!

I'd never seen that second one, it was clever!

I also listen to Liam O Maonlai, and Laura Marling, when I want to relax - you can listen to a whole album and just sort of drift off.....
