Has anyone read anything they've found to be helpful? I ordered a book the other day called "mind over mood" it comes with work sheets etc I'll let u guys know how it is !

Anything from Claire Weeks is quickly becoming gospel here

Lots of great reads about healing but she is the queen of setting you straight

Thanks I havent read anything but the best advice I have found so far is to just force yourself to smile! Even a false smile makes you feel slightly better :)

Self help for your nerves by dr Claire weekes
And for intrusive thoughts and OCD I would recommend the ump of the mind
Both amazing books :)
