Left hand and arm pain?

I haven't been on my meds for about 2 weeks due to having to change doctors because of insurance and theres a waiting list to get in. I get such bad bad bad chest pain and left arm and hand pain and it hurts so much. It comes and goes. Plus I've been recently smelling random things. Not sure if thats maybe a sinus infection or anxiety. Am I the only one experiencing these pains?

I get this also. Deep shock like dull pain

It's the absolute worst pain.

I get chest pain every single day for months now and I also get the left arm pain mainly weakness tho and nothing helps it go! it's all mainly on the left side. How long have you had yours?
