1) breath
2) muscle
3)emotions
4)mental state

This works both ways!!

If your worried, this will put you in a (mental state).. then plays with your (emotions), makes you tense up, scared, anxious that will eventually play in the next role in (muscle) tension. As your muscle are being over worked, you will begin with the fight or flight response, that will impair your (breathing)...


On the other hand..... if you turn the tables, you can see this....

Deep (breathing) =
Relaxed (muscles) =
Peaceful (emotions) =
A balanced (mental state)
The 4th variable is one on the hardest to come by with us sufferers but it can be done :):) hope this helped some.

Yeah, very good post, and so simple too.

Unless you have a reason otherwise, it's gonna be very hard to get all those things into a good balance and still feel anxious! :)
